Headquarters and the production facility are located in south-east Poland.
Company in it’s current form was set up in 2016, and is owned by Jarek Baranowski and Iza Baranowska.

Since 2004 Jarek’s mission is to deliver stiff, aerodynamic, light, beautiful bikes, and to quickly respond to athletes needs and preferences.
Jarek's love for carbon handbikes started in 2004 with making the bike that was later spotted by a legendary athlete - Franz Nietlispach. Franz and Jarek started a project which ended up with the Carbonbike.ch. When Carbonbike went to Chris Peterson in 2015, Jarek continued his adventure with this brand, as a designer and constructor of Carbonbike.usa’s “K” kneelers.
In 2021 Jarek started his own brand of carbon handbikes – JetBike.
